Our Return Policy

Please note, we cannot accept returns on panties, thongs and similar intimate items.
To return an item, please include your original receipt along with a brief note indicating whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Please allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?
